Sales Manager

Location: REMOTE / Home Office
Employment: Contract - Part Time to start (8 to 16 hrs per week)
Pay: $24 to $30 per hour +++ plus bonus



POSITION OVERVIEW

- The Sales Manager plays a key role in driving customer service satisfaction and maintaining an on going positive customer experience.
- The Sales Manager works close with their Sales Development Reps to identify the Ideal Customer Profile for each client, finds any service/ product gaps, assists in development of sales strategy, and acts as the voice of the customer in driving key service decisions in order to achieve KPIs. 
- The Sales Manager holds brief weekly meetings with an assigned group of client accounts outlining data, reviewing sales performance as well as forecasted sales results, sales funnels, SDR successes, tweeks, and sales or business development growth suggestions.  
- The Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring KPI's are achieved through successful selling techniques and selling best practices.
- Coaching and motivation of your assigned team of SDR's to meet client service expectations on-time.
- Collaboration with the Content Manager is necessary from time to time to achieve peek results from telemarketing, social selling, and using different forms of inbound or outbound marketing.   
- Manage, maintain, and update the CRM with any relevant info to each client account prior to a week report to the Director. 
- Reach and exceed your quarterly objectives to achieve bonus. 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

- Proactively manage relationships with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify up-sell opportunities.
- Perform customer on-boarding calls/activities which may include product demonstrations. 
- Define success metrics with the client, SDR's, Content Manager, and Director to ensure the team is working together to design an effective campaign.
- Other duties and tasks could be assigned based on client needs. 


QUALIFICATIONS

- Must have successful Sales Management experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a B2B Sales Management role leading a team. 
- Educated and knowledgeable on SMB Sales. You have a thorough understanding of simple or complex organizational structures and procurement processes.  
- Managing and creating processes is needed. 
- Work experience with a SaaS organization a plus. Large or small. 
- Experience as an Account Manager is a plus. 
- Must be self driven and accountable. Perform all duties required by your job and to further growth goals of the organization; respond to customers with integrity and a sense of urgency. 
- Have the ability to work individually and with a team.
- Quality communication skills, knowing what to say and how to say it, or not. Communicate effectively with business etiquette to properly represent to company and brand.
- High levels of Marketing knowledge to match your sales experience. 
- Be a passionate problem solver. Especially those that will bring success to the account and the individual customer. 
- Time management is huge. You are organized and disciplined in managing projects and keeping deadlines, externally and internally. 
- Tech-savvy/ high TQ. Curious about technology, willing to learn and develop your knowledge. 
- Customer service focused with excellent written and verbal communication. 
- Have great People Management skills.
- Call center experience is a plus.

Location: REMOTE / Home Office

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Sales Development Representative helps to generate and facilitate sales for a company by supporting the sales team or the client's sales team. As a SDR you will be involved in initiating contact with potential customers through outbound phone calls, social media platforms, and email. The objective is to identify prospects, uncover their potential needs, qualify their interest and viability, and create a relationship that will help drive the sale forward.


KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Reach out to sales prospects through a variety of channels. Especially the phone, but also email and LinkedIn
- Present our company or clients
- Identify client’s needs and suggest customized product/services solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Manage and update the CRM with any relevant info to the potential sale
- Set up meetings or calls
- Work closely with your Sales Manager to improve and optimize strategy and performance
- Transfer sales opportunities to the appropriate represent
- Reach and exceed your quarterly sales objectives set alongside your manager


QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven work experience (1-year minimum) as a SDR, Sales Rep, BDR, or similar role
- Marketing, Sales, or similar role preferred
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Track record of achieving sales quotas preferred
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, ZoHo, Hubspot, Monday, etc.)
- Familiarity with MS and Google Workspace
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent verbal, written communications skills and negotiation skills
- A comfortable and strong presence on the phone
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to be engaging
- High level understanding in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Tech-savvy/ high TQ
