Kick-off Meeting: Meet your dedicated Project Manager and Ghostwriter
The content for your newsletter, social posts, or article begins with an an Intake Form that is reviewed with your project manager and ghostwriter. This is where the magic happens! Each month, our team will strategize with you to determine what content will be included in that month’s campaign. We often focus on subjects that enhance your brand, products, serivces, or existing marketing campaign. The process is quick and easy.
Drafting and Designing
Next, we get to work on creating content that is highly engaging and written in your voice with your target audience in mind. Meanwhile, as we work on an initial draft, our talented graphic designers start to create fresh visually appealing designs just for you (when applicable). Your branding guidelines are applied. Your content will feature custom graphics to keep readers, subscribers, and folowers engaged.
Editing
Our team is dedicated to producing an engaging package of content. Each campaign goes through a rigorous editing process and is checked for plagiarism to keep you protected. Once this step is completed by our team, you will receive the first draft. You will review the content package for any edits or potential changes. Then, revisions are made and the project goes to your project manager in the Final Approval status.
Final: Scheduling
After your Final Approval, the content goes to schduling. Your content is added to our calendars and distribution is coordinated across multiple social channels, such as: LinkedIn, X, Facebook, IG, Medium, your website, etc. Then, the appropriate outreach and engagement campaign is inititated for Sales Development - if applicabale. Time for new growth opportunities!
